CloudMC Rules

1.1 Attempt
Attempted rule breaks will be treated as if it was fully carried out

1.2 Enforcement
Staff may punish action not described in the rules, if they are clearly problematic for the server, players of staff

1.3 Encouragement
Encouraging rule breaks is punishable, especially for nation leaders and prominent community figures

1.4 Withholding reporting
Maliciously failing to report clear rulebreaks, potential exploits or server weaknesses may be punished. Withholding evidence is not allowed, and using it as blackmail is not allowed.

1.5 Evading
Evading punishments in any way is punishable, and can result in extended or increased punishment

Chat Behaviour / Rules

2.1 Hateful conduct
Do not post or otherwise create or spread hateful or discriminatory rhetoric against any marginalized group of people. This includes any form of slur under any circumstances, even if you claim to be part of the group the slur is used against. This also includes offensive builds in-game.

2.2 Desctructive behavior
Harassment, doxxing, (real-life) threatening, blackmailing, extortion, stalking or any other targeted crime and cybercrime is not allowed.

2.3 Impersonation
Impersonation or identity theft is not allowed

2.4 Toxicity
Excessive toxicity is not allowed

2.5 Politics
No talk about real life politics, religion etc.

2.6 NSFW
Inappropriate text, images, symbolism or any kind of NSFW is not allowed

Server Rules

3.1 Alts
Alternate accounts are not allowed. Exceptions can be made for practical purposes, only with explicit administrator permission

3.2 Cheats
Do not use any clientside modifications that grant you any unfair gameplay advantages. This includes afk autoclickers, macros, or any mods or programs with the the cheat feature as an option.

3.3 Lagging
Maliciously affecting the server's performance, playability and infrastructure beyond what is to be reasonably expected, is not allowed

3.4 Insiding
Insiding, espionage or otherwise sabotaging a nation, organisation or entity on the server or discord is not allowed.

3.5 Terrain Griefing
Unreasonable destruction of natural terrain is not allowed

War Rules

4.1 Tile Accessibility
Preventing enemies from being able to access your in-battle tile for both movement, combat and banners is not allowed
