Connection problems can be almost anything between you and the server, it is important to understand where the problem is occouring.

  • Unknown host
  • Connection refused: getsockopt
  • Connection timed out: getsockopt
  • Failed to login: Invalid session (Try restarting your game)

Common Issues

Unknown host

• 1. The IP you are using to connect is wrong, make sure you copy it directly cloudmc.uk, check for extra spaces at the start and end.
• 2. Your DNS server is failing to resolve our domain, try changing your DNS servers to something else.

Connection refused: getsockopt

• 1. TODO (Contact us)

Connection timed out: getsockopt

• 1. Check your internet connection
• 2. CloudMC might be down, check Status

Failed to login: Invalid session (Try restarting your game)

• 1. Try restarting your game
• 2. Make sure you are logged in, and own the game
